Dinosaurs

Along the beach 3 Raptors walked,
friendly the ancient birds squawked.
A Lamp stuck out of the pebbled sand,
scooped up quickly by a scaly hand.

Caught their attention with a mystic shine,
a golden treasure from another time.
Intrigued the three huddled around,
the curious object that they found.

They poked at it and fumbled,
then all of a sudden it rumbled.
They let out a startled shout,
as smoke came out the spout.

Then before them appeared a Jinn,
Who floated before them with an evil grin.
He said he would give 3 wishes of magic,
and to choose wisely lest it turn out tragic.

The first squawked he wanted juicy meat,
then with a flash steak appeared at his feet.
The second smiled with his toothy grin,
asked that meat rain till it piled up to his chin.
The third wanted more, as tall as a tower,
so he asked for a bigger, meatier shower.

With a cheeky smile genie complied
And it wasn’t long before they died
