To my 3 beautiful boys
I'm sorry, you see
Mum's not quite been the same lately
But I promise I'm getting better
I owe it to both you and me
To my family and friends
I'm sorry, you see
If I've ignored calls and texts
I know it's only because you care for me
But some days it's been a struggle just to function and think lately
To anyone who relates to this
I'm sorry, you see
But I hope you understand even the strongest struggle sometimes
Be it anyone, even you or me
About this poem
Dedicated to my children, after a recent struggle with mental health i just wanted them to know i was sorry, wished things were different but determined to make things better.
