Baby and Mommy time

Tickle, tickle little toes,
How I love to tickle you so.
Make her giggle, make her laugh,
Pull her feet away real fast.

Peekaboo, peekaboo can you see me,
I can't find you, where could you be?
Boo, THERE YOU ARE, I FOUND YOU,
I playfully say to you.

Lullabies, lullabies just for you,
Sing them, hum them, whisper them too.
Tuck you in, kiss your cheek, say I love you as you sleep.

Babbles, babbles in mommy's ear,
Waking me with that sweet little sound.
Making the day start off the best it can be,
You truly are the best thing to happen to me.

About this poem

about this poem. I was laying down with my 6 Month old babygirl, singing twinkle, twinkle little star when all of a sudden my writers block disappeared and started saying this. So I grabbed my phone and typed it on my phones note pad. Let me know what you think.
