Lonely Path

We play our games, games that stay with us. But it buys our sanity, we pretend we're happy, we pretend life is just a game, our presence is just a game. All the lies, all the truth, just a game. We pretend, but in the end, it all tumbles around us like fallen bricks. We never get off the ride of deceit, merry go rounds, that get lost in the spin and twist of life, a roller coaster ride that goes nowhere, just a game, games that rule our lives. We pretend, we lie,we laugh, we swirl and turn, and at the end it all tumbles down, it all becomes too loud. We try to shake the games, to forget all the past names. The voices are always there, it will never be over, an invisible lonely path that we all walk alone, the lonely path of life. The lonely path.
