THE LIVING LOG

THE LIVING LOG

Fully drunk, he barged into the house
Terror and fear - becomes the occupant of the armosphere
Unrest, all the inhabitants become;
Because the ranging sea has started.

Zipped mouth, totally dumb
As mother herself is powerless, for
Lordship of Pharaoh is ruling in our Egypt
Fear gripped our hearts, thundering sound;
On daily basis we hear.

We lived as living dead
Growing but stagnant
Absent minded, we forget there's joy in the world
The beauty of the universe appear as dungs in the hill.

Until now, paradventure our log can regenerate
For they say hope doesn't put to shame
And if the plant brings not sweet smelling
We count that our portion in the land of the living.

About this poem
