Night Moves With You

Night Moves With You

Night moves with you
As does the stars across the universe
Every soft sensual piece of you
Orbits my celestial sky
Around and around
And all the way round
Consuming the circles of my mind
Spinning me in an elliptical motion
As if my destiny meets you
In an amorous fate.

Nothing about you ends
Each of my thoughts and dreams
Becomes occupied in places
Wherever you are
My feelings imitate your shape
Wondering in awe
How you change the air around you
My breathing is easier
And desire begs
For your attention.

How do you glow like that?
How do the stars shine towards
Everywhere you are
And make you
The grandest of all lights?
The breeze is blessed
Flowing through your hair
And the air becomes electric
When you speak my name
Bringing me to life!

You greet me like morning
And I chill out like shade
You inspire smiles
Like music blesses silence
You listen deep as a forest
To the smallest of things
Make me feel special
Gentle as soft rain
Colorful as a rainbow
Framed by your sun.

Night moves with you
Not as the end of the day
But the beginning of luminosity
Shadows perforated
By fantastic worlds,
Stars and galaxies galore
Every detail about you
Magnifying marvels
I have yet to explore
And cherish forever.
