Can you love me?

Latin X 1967 (Philadelphia)

I’m a gentle soul.
Can you love me in the ways of old?
Can you hold me when it’s cold?
Will you stay with me when I’m old?

Can you reciprocate what these gentle hands can give?

Can I touch your lips with my finger tips?

Can you lay with me and hold me close?

Always know I love you the most.

When my skin is wrinkled and old,
Will you see the beauty that I hold?

Will you love me till the end of time?
Will you remember this love sublime?
