Back From The Dead
I feel my confidence fade as the
Angels of death slice through my
Heart with venomous words poisoning
My aura draining every ounce of
Energy from my body while
Suffocating the scent of beauty
In the heartlands drowning me in
The black hole dedicated to the snakes
That have intoxicated my soul over time
I step into flashbacks as a ghost
Ripping the walls from my mind
Allowing the pain to flow from the
Veins of reality blackening the
Needle point of light while the
Nightmarish darkness sucks the
Oxygen from my lungs bringing
Me to my knees washing the
Ocean from my eyes as I gasp
For a Shred of breath feeling
The snakes constrict and swallow
My dreams whole
I awaken in a box lost and confused
drained of emotion and courage feeling
A warm energy begin to consume me
Flooding my body with the strength to
Rise from the dead and take control
Of the world lost in the midst of a
Demonic relationship made of porcelain
That continuously shattered and slowly
Opened the veil allowing me to breathe in
Small portions of my former self and finally
Flatline the nightmare sweeping the
Pieces into the dustpan and casting
Them from a cliff feeling myself grow
Stronger and improve in shallow areas
Resurrecting the loving light that
Brightens with each step I take in
The right direction
