Destiny

DESTINY

Wish I had a special place

A place where I would be

Safe absolutely as safe As I could be

A place that's warm and comfortable

Embraced by strong loving arms

A place to laugh and cry in peace

A place without fear of harm

A place to build a legacy

A place without games or shame.

A place to let my guard down and rest

A place where love could grow

Be expressed and felt

A place where the world could

Know who I really am

A special place to share my life

My love with one loving man

A special place called home

The end of living alone This place really sounds good

If this place just existed

I would stop twisting Turning in bed at night

Rest my head on his chest

Hold him oh so tight

Never let these moments go Cherish each day more and

more

Trust and know that every time

He left, walked out the door My special place he'd miss And he'd return faithfully For my special kiss
