The agony of delight

Nileau 2005 (Ottawa)

There are moments;
Time not of peace,
but of calm
it is the trickery of clarity
what you can concur
is truly obscurity

Inquiries of the heart and mind;
a search of depths or of inhabitance
there must be something to find
This, is That moment

For it to be void;
you would not of thought it empty;
there needs to be something
for it to be nothing

The anguish of tranquility;
Is that moment.
It is the vocation to sift and cull
for the reaping of enlightenment
The sentience of contentment.
