Finally,You Caught Up

              Finally You Caught Up
              By Nancy Rodriquez

It has been quite a journey,
   Tears have fallen without
    mercy,
and life has no direction any
    more,
    As if strange and forgotten
was the only thing in store,
    and a heartbeat away from
    wanting to live,
By the grace of God, a raft is
   given as a gift,
   Finally. you caught up,
and have taken my hand in
   yours,
   Which feels like a glove,
   secured ,
and our love is stronger than
 it ever could be,
Two souls joined together as
It should be.
