This Too Shall Pass

Life is Happening
In life we think about our precious time,
But unfortunately
In time we just can’t press rewind,
We reminisce through
old pictures, songs, and the good ole days
We hold on to dear memories
That last forever
In our hearts………always
Some moments will not return,
Which is something
We all……..will one day learn,
We embrace or neglect
when life is…happening
We avoid contact
then life stops……happening
We reckon we have
All the time me in the world,
In a split second.
Someone no longer has a world.
Now lost in the skies
our precious pearls,
Remembering our love ones.
My First born; my baby girl.
She was…what breath
Is to life, for me
Through her I realize.
I can do many things.
I can smile.
I can write.
I can breathe.
I can love.
I can be me.
I am worthy.
Her absence showed me.
I can do any & everything.
I don’t take,
my time here on earth
for granted, that’s the song
I sing.
Live life,
Smile more,
Stay grateful; stay blessed!
stay humble.
Our pass doesn’t define.
who we are,
But our history
Make us ALL Shining Stars

Trust me……y’all
Something Great will
happen
If you’re hearing this,
just remember.
Life is………happening.
And this too shall pass.

About this poem

So many people are going through so many things in life; including myself and most of us don't even have a clue of what they're going through. What I do know Life is happening and we have to go with the flow. We have to go head on with what's going on and stay strong and positive.
