Did you?

The desire to be with you
Is driving me mad every moment
I am chasing a mirage its seems
Bit isn’t reality a bit cruel

Your smile makes me forget everything
You walk away and every dream vanishes
Everyday I resolve never to look at you again
And everyday you set my resolution on fire

I thought life could never be beautiful
After what I had been through
Till you came and turned my life upside down
Striking a terror in my heart
Because deep inside a voice says to me
You desert and I will be doomed forever

I have been lonely all my life
Seeking companionship which was never there
Will the sun ever rise for me
Or will it be eternal darkness
Its something only you can answer
And how I wish you could

I remember the day when we travelled together
While you were sleeping like an angel
I could not take my eyes off you
And when you caught me staring at you
You simply smiled and took my breadth away

Memories of the day will remain forever
And I will take them to my grave
With only one question in my heart
Did you or did you not?
