The stars in the sky

The stars in the sky oh how they shimmer and shine.
a miniature sun so tiny and new
they started to grow at the beginning of time.
a little lie that slowly grew.
when you look at the sky tell me what do you think?
weather you see the blue sky or mysterious night.
miles away it’s like the sky will shrink.
but instead, it’s growing into the light.
they can blind your eyes if you look to close.
but dazzled you may be by their shimmering light.
the stars sit there and lie like a lying rose.
but how beautiful they are in the darkest of nights.
the star’s whisper and lie so do not give in
their beauty is a hoax, a lie, a sin.
