The Melancholy Of A Beautiful Mind
In the realm of my slumber, I take delight
For it resembles a realm of enchantment so bright
I am enamored with the notion of drifting off to sleep
As it appears as a world of phantasmic dreams to keep
My existence requires no divine force
Nor do I rely on prophecies or mystical source
The experience was joyous, until I clutched my clock
And my eyes opened, shattering the fantasy like a rock
It wasn't effortless, yet I persisted with dedication
And ultimately, I found my path to success and realization
Amidst my victories and defeats, I have accrued a lot
Yet, the memory of my failures persists, occupying my thoughts
Presently, I am solitary and bereft of love
I desire no light to illuminate the path I trove
Kneeling with fervor, I plunge a knife into my heart
Closing my eyes, I depart from this world's mortal part
First, tears flow as though a symphony of sorrow
The second time i ate, my fate of
tomorrow
The third, I find myself submerged in a world of dreams
alas, it was just an imagination and fantasy it seems.
Simplified Version:
I Love to be in my dreams
Cause it all like a fantasy,
I Love to be fall asleep
Cause it all like a phantasy,
My world doesn't need a god
And I don't need a prophecy,
It was wholesome fun till I grab on my clock
And then I have opened my eyes,
It wasn't breeze at all
But I hold on my work and then I have started to shine,
I have gained a lot, but I have lost a lot
The grave of the things still have the place in my mind,
And now I am all alone
I don't have my love
I don't need no light in my life.
So, I kneel on my knees and stabbed on my heart
And then I have closen my eyes,
The second I cried so hard
But it was like a symphony,
The third I was in my dreams
But it was all just a Fantasy.
