She’s gone

She's Gone

It's been weeks since she been gone
Awaken
in the dead silence of the night
Muscles fiercely clenched
holding back tears.

She's gone

My body cries out
In the dark silent night
tears flowing like a freshly thawed spring waterfall
She's.
gone.
muscles tightly clenched trying not to let out a scream!!!!
she’s!
gone!!!
But my girls are in the next room
I have to be strong.

She's gone.

Why now?
it's been weeks
why now?
My mind
body
spirit
have now come to terms.

she gone!

Dead silence of the night
embracing realizations
praying this is the last muscle clenched
the last night
fighting tears from flowing.

She's gone
I love my grandma
