Thoughts

As I look out of my window,
The world seems to be still.
There is a big hole inside me.
That I can’t wait to fill

Yes there are trees.
Grass and the odd passer by.
But my body feels empty.
Wonder if this is how it feels to die?

It feels like I have been kidnapped.
And tortured every single day.
Physically and emotionally.
My body is beginning to pay.

I get to phone home.
I obviously eat and drink.
But the time on my own.
All I can do is think.

Will my loved ones miss me?
Are they actually ok?
The pain we are all suffering.
Gets worse by the day.

My loved ones keep me going.
This one fact is true.
Cause without them all.
I don’t know what I’d do.

Every single day.
I don’t want to be here.
I am constantly worried.
On edge and living in fear.
