I believe in the extravagancies and good things of nature,
Aye, bubbling thrills and life without puncture,
Baptizing my childish memories with all the puffy pictures.

I believe in the wind’s music and dance of the trees,
Untamed waves and breakers arguing with the seas,
Clumsy down tools and strike not for the bees.

I believe in the refreshing feel and spills of fountain spring,
Watching the beauty and colours of the rainbow ring,
Starlings rehearsing their record-breaking singles to sing.

I believe in the murmuring, rumbling and clapping of the thunder,
Bumptious suite of Magma Lake restless under,
Ants booking their overtime, not a minute to ponder.

I believe in the toggle switch of day and night,
Hooking the lurking lion’s schedule not so tight,
Cute MC butterfly’s regalia of many colours there in sight.

I believe in the Great Maker, who molds me as pot,
With crafty hands never slack occasion furnace is hot,
Me life sentenced to gravity’s freefall, my hand not late caught.
