Free verse
Art is beautiful
But ain't deceitful
The heart feels dreadful
You can call me a fool
But girl l miss you
I am breaking my rules
Am starting to loose my cool
The feeling is eating my soul
But there is nothing I can do
Regrets are making me cold
I should have kept on knocking the door
Rather than letting my emotions flow
Girl you are art
I'd hate to paint you blue
After we meet again
I want to be the one who paints you bright
You will always be missed, always

About this poem

wrote it for my childhood crush , left the city for school without seeing her , so I gave her this as assurance for a better me when I see her again
