Too Late, Juliet

Am I too soft?
Gullible
or easily drown.
Maybe in your tears
or in the way you look at me.

Playing games
In the shadow,
Glancing in the
bright moon.
The feeling overflows.

You listen
to my favorite music
beside me.
You were there,
Always.

Warm smile,
Your demeanor,
It lingers in my head.
I didn’t know it back then,
that you have swung me through edges.

Coincidence,
timing, destiny-
I have faith in those
as you become Romeo
but who became Juliet?
