Betrayal

Chay 2006

You left me,
A fool who could die
A smile on her lips,
If it was for your pleasure.

You left me,
A blooming flower,
Waiting for her white petals
To be tainted.

You left me,
After showing me affection.
A neglected soul,
Who was about to fade away.

I have discovered betrayal and jealousy,
After you left me,
For the arms of death.

Why did you show me
Love, desire and hope,
If it was to leave me alone ?

I won’t miss you
Since you left me,
Without considering my resentment.
