my personal hell

you are my own personal hell
My reason for low mental health
the person i once trusted
is now chaining me up
cutting my lifelines
one by one

you say you understand
but my words be damned
gradually becoming a nightmare
my own personal hell
taking away my sense of self
now i cant call my house my home
because you made it my hell

I dont have the time to be mad at you no more
Only thing you is is disappoint me
I should have been used to it
I should have closed that door
So many ages ago

You demand respect before giving it
And I'll be damned
If you continue like this
And now i'm saying
How could you
But since you make me hold my tongue
You don't know the words and emotions i repressed
Or how you made me stressed

So when i end up taking care of myself
I don't wanna hear you asking for help,
I don't wanna return to my prison
I have no desire to enter my personal hell once again
Don't come to me with ‘’you changed’
No, I ascended, to my true self
I'm sorry you can't come to terms
With who I truly am

you take away my voice,
 take away my choices
, how do you expect me to deal with this shit,
my patience is now running thin,
I can't keep taking all these hits
you ask why I'm like this
well lemme give you a list
hopefully, you'll listen
