FALLEN LEAVES OF LAUGHTER
It was never my zeal
Looping in and out of your doorstep
Like I'm lost in a drain
While seeking your nest for a crawl
I had my eyes on my keen
Thinking about the days I've gone
In bitterness and sorrow
Pretending its all good
Only my spirit could attest my witness
And the cruelty of my continent
Drag me into poems of anguish
Each moment I ponder on my days ahead.
This season kept me in an untold story,
Of leaving the scene to search for a happy, ending.
Where the skyline will write my name,
In the rainbow of lasting joy,
To the rolling end of sunset.
Now I see its dawn,
So near my trail,
Behind my mind,
Ringing like a bell in its echo,
Telling me how close my laughter awaits.
I am peeling my scar away
Waiting for a new flesh of love
To clothe my new skin
And dash me into horrizon of beauty
Where laughter hovers the sky
And take a handshake with me
This is where my laughter sheds
Its beams of fallen leaves
Just into me and household
To never cry no more
Just a clap to lasting plauds of my laughter
The fallen leaves of my laughter.
