The Great Unknown

PORORO 1996 (Davao City)

Inside this compartment, it's where you laid

"Join, come  join with us," you said
Unlike these nightingales you just couldn't sing
Stumbled in the dark, you sounded cruel
To be honest, you're only like a crow

Laughing at you was so easy you barely knew
Over there, you found something raw
Stumbled in the dark, stuck like hell
"Try to help. What's in there?" you said.

Morning until dawn you waited for that thing to reveal
You plead, "Please come out, don't be like me."

Sometimes your cry could move its feet
Marching, treading and treading when you're not awake
"End my agony, show yourself," you growled
Like a roaring thunder  with ecstacy
Like a wild creature deep down the sea.

"Oh well, it's just me, a tiny particle from your wildest dream
Hold on, please wake up you're having a nightmare," a voice replied.

"But I'm already awake," he said.
"Oh, you're driving me crazy what are you? " he continued.
"You're me and I Am you," a voice responded.
