Analysis of Skipping
Tiny flat stones, those smooth ones that will skip,
bounce right on, and concentric, push ahead,
if they were gauged with lyric before their dip,
then, rapidly, by their waves, sound they’d spread,
and their conquest, as by nature, was led.
Thus with some skill, a cautious throwing,
each poem in turn creates a new flowing,
will sink within, move and replace the flaws.
What life still is, up it will be growing.
Simply because, for that’s nature, its laws.
