Analysis of Broken
Reese P 2000 (new york)
She is like a mirror,
Staring at her you see someone you don’t recognize,
A goal wished to achieve, but never met,
An idea of what she looks like, but never accurate,
Distorting your vision of yourself,
Convincing what you see is all a lie,
Pulling you apart piece by piece,
But never her fault only your own,
When the mirror breaks it can never be put together again,
Too delicate to say you were the one who broke it,
The mirror will blame you for it,
But never believe the mirror,
For the mirror always lies
