Analysis of Melancholy

Darkness covers the land
Rain is pouring without end
The sun is standing low
The landscape waits for snow
Birds are flying south
Quiet becomes the house
Abundant is the beech
Sunrays out of reach
Loneliness is everywhere
And the melancholy is here
