Analysis of Insomnia
It is 2:00 A.M.
Blanketing the night ---
The quietness sleeps,
Catnapping trees, shiver with cold
Hundreds of sonnets ---
Cuddle, on the lips of silence,
The eyelids of every thought are heavy
The roads of the whole city ---
Have forty winks,
The lights, electrify with sleep
The hotels and restaurants ---
Are deserted,
Churches, mosques, temples look lonely
Everything and everybody, by now ---
Might have slept, a sound sleep
Aaah! Why I am still awake?
