Analysis of Heaps Of Fun

I invite you to go wild,
and let the rain quench your thirst.
Have heaps of fun like a child,
laughing till your sides near burst.

Build a fire from scraps of wood,
or sculpt castles made of sand.
Pick strawberries that taste good,
or build forts and scout the land.

Splash in the creek in bare feet,
chasing fish that swim away.
And find monsters to defeat,
sweating heat of summer's day.

Giggle at the dog's kisses,
and run like you'd never stop.
Go poke a snake that hisses,
or climb a tree to its top.

Gaze at clouds billowing by,
basking in innocent play.
Treat yourself to apple pie,
and make each day your birthday.
