Analysis of escape sadness?

it's not sadness,
to where you cry all the time,
 but where the sadness,
 that overwhelms you entire body,
 leaving your heart aching,
 your stomach empty,
 making you weak an tired,
 and you can't sleep,
 because the sadness,
 is on your dreams too,
 it's like a sadness you can't escape.
