Analysis of An ode to vote

AN ODE TO VOTE
The piece of ballot paper
That people drop in the ballot box
To cast their vote for the leadership
Of their own choice and trust
Has the power to bring a change
May topsy-turvy the rule of power
Shifting the leadership of a country
From the reigning monarchic
To the free, poor and young generation
Inexperienced in the field of politics
But full of leadership enthusiasm
And the spirit to bring a change
Of positive progressive thinking
And face the challenges
Of ignorance, poverty, health
Energy, employment and economy
Their country has to bear the burden
Of all these challenges
With transparent and strategic policies
That surely raises the standard of living
Of common people and bring safety
To their lives and their properties
