Analysis of together at the end of the world

Darling do you remember?

Do you remember the stars,

Did you steal them from sky

I see that sparkle in your eye

you don't look like that now

Did you reroute kisses to give them meaning

Baby can you still dance

I still dance with you in the worst of my dreams

Shades of gold, growing old

Never mine to keep

But you keep me now

because your swords at my throat

And we cut and cut till skin is long gone

I've always wanted to die in the arms of baby

And when the haven dismantles

and the stain glass shatters into you

I want you to die

And I wanna burn right next to you

Fingers interlocked as my heartbeat stops

You and me together at the end of the world
