Analysis of To Begin Again

Away with me into the day;
Our thoughts whisper nervous.
Trees hanging collection of leaves; scars hidden by our sleeves.
We once would hide our past; disguised ourselves with bats and fists.
Now we know what tears can show, entirety lost within parts of us lost.
To stay here now as night surrounds.
Silence is a telling mist.
