Analysis of Because I Feel

Because I don't look like them,
With their blonde hair, pretty faces,
Starbucks phases,
Should I just not show up at all?

And because I don't act like them,
Playing Roblox, laughing, talking,
Boy stocking,
Should I give up on being myself?

And because I don't display my feelings the same,
Should I not feel at all?

And I miss when we were young,
And had dreams of who we could become,
Instead of judging around every corner,
Calling me ugly won't make you prettier.

And I wish people could understand,
And I wish I could feel again.
Everything is harder now,
I wish we were never friends.

I just wanted to be civil
I've already done my part.
And everything you have a chance, and don't,
It's making it harder and harder for me
To reach my true heart.
