Analysis of Holler if you hear me!

Latin X 1967 (Philadelphia)

Holler if you hear me!
Heaven doesn’t have a phone,
you left me all alone,
I wish you were coming home
I still can’t believe you’re gone.

I holler you don’t hear me.
I scream out your name in pain
Is this all in vain
There’s no medicine to heal my pain.

My pain has evolved into anxiety.
That’s how I cope.

I haven’t lost hope for the day I come home
I holler and you hear me…

About this poem
