Analysis of Acerca de los contenidos diversos de la poesía

Obsesionada la rima
describo, cualquier objeto
del tropo es candidato
la vaga demencia, bruma

transcribo mediante forma

fantasmagórica, susto

apersonado; disgusto

atribulado, el miedo
de incumplir acordado

castigo de mi historia.

About this poem

Written in Spanish language, is a decima (Hispanic poetic form) in 10 lines, with certain variations I did on its traditional rhyme pattern. I’m trying to say that on poetry someone wants to express a lot that’s why I used “phantasmagoric form” as a trope, instead of say that sometimes the expression is too big or you wish to say a lot but you can’t but sometimes you could achieve to find how to write it, that possibility is hidden in the two last lines, I’m translating: “to not fulfill my story’s agreed punishment.
