Analysis of The shadows of people in the street.
The shadows of people.
As I drift into my dreams, like the clouds floating by way up high in the sky, I can see a sea of people talking, but no one is listening. I see a young child crying as his mother lays there, dying. I see people in the street with nothing to eat. I see one man sitting, stricken with blindness, in the gutter. I see a young child who is homeless and don't have a mother. I see the rich man laughing and drinking. I see 10,000 people, and no one is singing. I see a man standing, and he is listening. Then I woke to the alarm clock ringing. But I'm not singing.
