Analysis of Goodbye and thank you

Maybe differences really do attract,
but, unfortunately, they obviously cannot last,
even though we had common desires and dreams,
everyone went their own way in the end.

You gave up on me, then I gave up on you,
everything quickly collapsed, it became miserable,
as if until yesterday we didn't love each other passionately,
now we are strangers, but we were one.

Once our dreams have now become my dreams,
so when the dream rejected by you comes true,
instead of champagne with a cheerful company
I spend the day with sadness and you in my thoughts.

Goodbye and thank you, for all the joys and dreams,
even for sadness and pain, it was all ours,
because thanks to you I started to live,
I realized love, the miracle that was hiding from me.
