Analysis of Love… Hate

Charles Fields II 1955 (Fort Bragg, NC)

Life Death Like a pendulum
moves across time/space

As if blind More than time displaced
Let me state my case;

Back and forth relative comparisons
Are measured for depth, breadth Right to left,

positions are assigned Left to right
Inscriptions are aligned. Good or evil life designs

Mind and body/Spirit and soul or the circular
Round and round clockwise/counterclockwise

Spherical, elliptical routes. Apogee perigee
Tidal cyclical Multi-dimensional moves

Tik-toc Yin-Yang laws of physics applied
Rotational/gravitational In and out/Up and down

Hanging in the balance like sand in an hourglass Running without pretense to an end all must face.

with memories of warmth/light to hold on to
Or hate cold/dark

Except that
All traces of our existence

Will be… Erased.
