Analysis of Reestablish Yourself

The next time you don't like yourself
Remember past success.
Sometimes a memory helps you
To slowly reassess.

Rethink the way you view the past;
Review the good and bad
And reexamine what you thought
Especially when glad.

Revisit every memory
Of good times you have known.
Restate the meaning of them all
Of childhood and full grown.

Remember bad times but do not
Stay there for very long.
That way you might avoid all of
The things that have gone wrong.
