Analysis of The Poetess
Steve Cochrane 1955 (Cape)
I know you are afraid to show
The world your poetry,
But I believe they ought to know
Your poet imagery!
I know you share poetic words
Through internet pathways,
But there are some who've never heard
Your poems can amaze!
I know you are not sure about
Your poems in a book.
And yet, I hope to ease all doubt;
Please take another look!
