Analysis of My life

Ilike Terry 1971 (Dallas, Tx)

It started out when I was three whom I thought my uncle was had molested me
I tried to whine to who I thought my father was but he was busy doing time for the doing the same.
I had no memory at the time but as I grew I remembered by the time I was nine.
Who I thought was my uncle at the time grew angry in time. He took his belt and beat me until I was blue .
I always had a frown while my mom was out on the town.
I’ve always thought whom I thought was my father has always been a monster while my sister and I sat in foster.
I tried to finish school but all through life I felt like just a tool.
I started using drugs hoping to forget but all it did was make me regret.
I hate that I have no self esteem It always makes me want to scream. All my life I’ve wanted to feel needed but instead I feel defeated. Im very grateful to be alive but not quite sure how I survived.
