Analysis of Zorro

Roberto Suárez Torres 1983 (New York)

Zorro en la cima
con lengua que tima
al perdido de noche,
San Fernando el coche.

Zorro que no descansa
dando caza cual lanza,
fugaz, vivo resplandor;
gotas gordas de sudor.

Zorro las uñas clavos
desgarra condenados,
espejo de serpiente,
y aliento caliente.

¿Zorro qué te aplaca
rey de Corona flaca,
donde en lechos flota
aún del oro mota?

¡Zorro en la cima,
boca grande que tima,
perdidas cuán de noche...
San Fernando su coche!
