Analysis of Beautiful, but lonely

A Lonely Heart, but a beautiful one,
Open like a hand
but valued by none.
It feels so much and everything it had ever felt is carried
still with it
It's heavy, Isn't it?

But that's how it is With hearts like yours.
You have a hard time trusting people, and so afraid of love,
but you love anyway.
try to trust anyway
And it's broken into pieces again,
verymuch in pain,
without any gain.

It want let go of the past,
but it holds on,
that lonely, beautiful heart is still in
broken, silent and crying from within.
