Analysis of My spirit
The eye stared at me.
From the deep recesses of my hull
My kindred heart showed me,
That the eye was my own.
It was looking at my soul,
Winking at me.
A clearer and prettier me than me.
It showed me its life,
So similar to my own.
I walked with it
To its darkest fragments.
I didn't want to be reminded
Of what I'd forgotten.
The inferno of my past shook me into reality.
I craved loneliness
And as if it read my mind,
My spirit rose into the night,
joining the emptiness.
