Analysis of Beautiful rose
Ryan Mentoor 1998 (Muizenberg)
One sunny day i walked through the fields moving my head from side to side,
I caught a glimpse of a beautiful rose;
So tender and so soft
Butterflies were moving around in the air,
As i closed my eyes for a moment,
I had a vivid image of you standing right there.
My heart began to beat fast,
My eyes filled with a sparkling light.
I swear you were so beautiful standing under the sunlight,
I whispered to myself :
Beautiful rose,
Would you be my date for one night?
