Analysis of HIM
“HIM”
by
Phillip D. Murphy
The evil around us, so seemingly strong;
Yet when you’re with Him, you’ll sing a new song:
With all the hate, the end may seem near;
Keep your eyes on Him, He’ll cast away fear:
Perversion and wickedness for all to behold;
Put your trust in Him, there’ll be peace untold:
What may seem impossible, with no remedy in sight;
Just give it to Him, He’ll show you His might:
Anxiety, depression, and confusion you’ll find;
But with Him in your presence, you’ll have a new mind:
In a world where it seems Satan has so much power;
With Him it all ends, nobody knows the hour.
