Analysis of Cycle of Loss
Darkness in my mind it creeps
the grief that steals my breath.
Before I knew it a loving heart
was taken away by death.
Searching for understanding
my feelings become overwhelming
my thoughts begin a demanding cycle of loss.
Denying the event that caused my
Anger toward a God for taking one to soon
while Bargaining toward a trade for one more day
Depression has descended over my heart & mind
with Acceptance being hard to find.
