Analysis of Sunshine & Gold

When I'm quiet you give me tea and let me be,
When I'm hungry, we can always grab a bite,
Maybe we will just hang out, watch a movie,
Or have some friends over for game night!

We could paints for hours, getting details just right,
Your talents are amazing, yet you're humble,
All through Covid, every day and every night,
I am thankful you're in my bubble.

Sometimes you just need me to listen,
When you're so frustrated you could scream
You let me talk, laugh or cry, my eyes glisten,
Having a friend like you is like a dream.

You're always willing to lend a hand,
You'd give your last dollar if you thought it would help,
You care too much, but I think it's grand,
Always thinking of others before yourself.

What am I trying to say?
You take care of young and old
Including me, You brighten my day
Keep spinning your sunshine into gold!
