Analysis of "An Ode to the Help"
Oh the help, - In my mind, the problems you fix.
The problems and stress you identify,
Into blessings and new mindsets you remix.
The problems, you do not intensify.
Therapy, a solution to mental distress.
It may seem silly or unnecessary; however, it is for the best.
Mental hardship can be detrimental; …
however nonetheless,
therapy can be a solution to mental unrest.
The improvement in mental health is simply profoundly developmental.

About this poem
Therapy can be something that is hard to admit that is necessary. Therapy, however, can be needed. I hope this poem makes some realize what's necessary.
